Tax Library provides courses designed to enhance the
basic knowledge of the staff member in the area of individual
taxation. This section also includes courses on higher level
technical topics that will increase the staff members’

of responsibility on individual tax engagements.
Corporate
Tax Library focuses on courses covering corporate
taxation. These courses are generally on higher level technical
topics that will increase the staff members’ technical
abilities and prepare them to assume a greater level of responsibility
on corporate tax engagements.
Pass-Through
Entities Tax Library includes tax training courses
for Partnerships, S Corporations and Limited Liability Companies
(LLCs). These courses address the specialized tax treatment
for these entities. The courses build on the tax staff’s
basic knowledge in this area and then progress through more
advanced topics that will allow the staff member to assume
more responsibilities for these engagements.
Small
Business Tax Library focuses on courses covering specific
tax issues related to small businesses and their owners. These
courses are designed to build on the tax staff’s basic

Ethics Library:
The
Ethics Library
includes 46 state-specific ethics courses, ethics for
financial planners, ethics for Enrolled Agents and 5 general
ethics courses. The state specific ethics courses are approved
to meet state ethics requirements, and the financial planners
and Enrolled Agents ethics course is approved for those professional
organizations. These courses are designed to meet the ethics
requirements of CPAs regardless of the state or states in
which they practice.
